Provides Utah refugees with benefit assistance, cultural transition counseling, and resettlement services.

Description:

Provide clinical mental health assessments; referrals, education, workshops, and resources to assist refugees with emotional, psychological, and physical health needs. Those needing assistance outside of Salt Lake County should call for referrals and resources in their area.

Eligibility:
Must be TANF-eligible to receive clinical mental health assessments.

Provide social service referrals and connections, support, and opportunities for social events for refugee communities, culturally informed services, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy.

Provides refugees with employment assistance, including job search tools, resume and application assistance, career coaching, workshops, and targeted employment training, ESL, and computer literacy classes geared toward helping refugees obtain gainful employment.
