Provides help for the low-income, elderly, disabled, veterans, and families to either catch up on past due bills, avoid shut off, or get utilities set up in a new residence. Households qualify for each type of assistance only once every 12 months.
Eligibility:
Have experienced an unforeseen circumstance and have proof of it. Must have documented evidence that they don't qualify for the HEAT program. Must live within Washington County.
