Developmental Assessment
Description:

Provides consultation, resources, and direct educational services to children with hearing and/or visual impairment and their families.

Eligibility:
Individuals who are suspected to have a vision or hearing disability, up to age 21.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Braille and Tactile Aids
Description:

Provides assistive technology including braille materials and tactile aids to children with hearing and/or visual impairment and their families.

Eligibility:
Individuals with a vision or hearing disability up to age 21.

Audiological Evaluations
Description:

Provides evaluations and screenings for children to determine the presence and severity of hearing disabilities.

Eligibility:
Individuals who are suspected to have a hearing disability, up to age 21.

Description:

Educational institution providing modified K-12 education to youth with vision or hearing disabilities. Instruction is personalized to meet the needs of students with all ability levels.

Hearing Aids
Description:

Provides discounted access to hearing aids or referrals to other hearing aid providers to children with hearing and/or visual impairment and their families.
