Utah Harm Reduction Coalition

Provides interventions to people struggling with substance use disorders and the physical consequences of the disorder. Services included are comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, needle exchange/distribution program, and an opioid antidote distribution program.

Needle Exchange/Distribution Programs
Description:

Provides sterile needles, syringes, and other injection equipment, disposable containers for used syringes, education materials, referrals to substance use disorder resources, condoms, vaccinations, and various counseling services.

Eligibility:
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Opioid Antidote Distribution Programs
Description:

Provides Naloxone kits to anyone who needs them.

Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Description:

Provides day treatment (PHP), day/evening/weekend Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), and referrals to other related services.

Must be 18 years or older.
