Crossroads Urban Center

Assists low income, disabled, and minority Utahns to meet basic survival needs and to address essential issues affecting the quality of life. Services include food, baby items, bus fare and gas money, utility service payment assistance, and prescription expense assistance. Provides Christmas food baskets during the holidays.

Formula/Baby Food
Description:

Formula for babies up to 12 months of age.

Eligibility:
Parents of children up to 1 year of age.

Food Pantries
Description:

Food pantry providing two types of food assistance. Cook boxes provide ingredients for those with access to kitchens and day boxes are available with pre-made food items.

Eligibility:
Cook boxes are available twice per month per household. Pre-made boxes are available 3 times per week per individual.

Advocacy
Description:

Provides community organizing groups where anyone from the community can speak up about issues faced by unhoused or low-income individuals at the legislative shelter.

Prescription Expense Assistance
Description:

Up to $100 for medications (excluding controlled substances) once every 12 months per person.
