Provides community-based programs for people with disabilities. Programs include independent living skills instruction, vocational rehabilitation, and job finding assistance.

Description:

Employment specialists work with clients to determine job skills, identify interests, assist with interviewing techniques, and help plan and conduct a job search. Employment specialists then provide on-the-job training and follow-along support for as long as is necessary.
