Golden Hours Senior Recreation Center

A senior recreation center for Ogden City residents 50 and over. Provides health and wellness activities, exercise and fitness, art, socialization, nutrition, and educational opportunities. Specific services offered include legal counseling, congregate meals/nutrition sites, arts and crafts instruction, and physical fitness classes and activities.

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Lunches provided by Weber Human Services during regular lunch hours. Members can bring to go containers but is served in house.

Eligibility:
Open to people 50 and older.
Service Hours:
M - F 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call 1 day in advance to reserve. Visit website to see current menu.
Fees:
Suggested donation for lunch $4 for people 60 and over. A $7 fee is required for people 50 - 59.

Description:

A 15 minutes appointment to offer information and guidance regarding legal matters.

1st and 2nd Th of each month.

$5 monthly is a suggested donation.
