An outpatient medication assisted treatment program that helps people stop using opioids without withdrawal symptoms. Provides medication assisted treatment, education, and individual/group counseling for adults 18 and older. Prescription medications used at the treatment center include: Methadone, Suboxone, and Buprenorphine.

Description:

Eligibility:
18 years and older and struggling with opioid use disorder.
Service Hours:
M - F 5:30 - 11 am
Intake Procedure:
Call or complete intake form online. Must arrive for intake in a state of withdrawal of at least 24 hours (unless pregnant), complete paperwork, a physical examination, drug screening, TB test (or proof of test within past two years), and pregnancy test for females.
