A division of Salt Lake City government that assists low and moderate residents with first time buyer home loans, home rehabilitation loans, home maintenance and minor repair services, and homeless resource fairs.

Description:

Provides low-interest loans or grants for low and moderate-income Salt Lake City residents to address health or structural issues in their homes. Offers lead-based paint remediation and radon gas testing services.

Eligibility:
Be the homeowner and occupy the home being repaired in Salt Lake City, A have a family income below 80% of the area median income.

Provides minor home repairs to low-income Salt Lake City seniors or individuals with disabilities. The maximum award amount is $1,500 per household.

Salt Lake City residents 62+ OR individuals with disabilities. In addition, the family must have an income below 80% of the area median income.

Description:

Provides a homeless resource fair in conjunction with the homeless court. Many organizations offer services and goods, including haircuts, mobile phones, and hygiene products. A hot lunch is available to all attendees.

Eligibility:
Weapons, drugs, or open flames, violence, or harassment will not be tolerated. Camping is not allowed.
