Senior Centers
Description:

Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers provide a variety of daily activities to older Tooele County residents.

Eligibility:
People 60 and over.

Description:

Provides court ordered community service opportunities at Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers.

Eligibility:
Court-ordered community service ordered by a judged and approved by Tooele County government.

Home Delivered Meals
Description:

Provides home-delivered meals to homebound seniors. Meals will be prepared to accommodate diabetic diets and food allergies.

Eligibility:
People 60 and over who are homebound.

Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule a screening and home assessment.
Fees:
Suggested donation of $3.00 per meal, but not required.

Description:

Serves a prepared meal to seniors at the Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers. The meals meet the dietary requirements for elderly individual

Seniors 60 and older.

M - Th 11:30 am - 12:30 pm; F 10:30 - 11:30 am

A contribution of $4 is suggested but not required.

Description:

Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers provide transportation services to older Tooele County residents, veteran seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

Eligibility:
The shuttle is for people 65 and over, veterans, and persons with disabilities.

Call to schedule a ride.

Suggested donation of $4 each way.

Description:
