Telephone or in-person assistance to help, grandparents or other relatives-as-parents, discuss issues related to family dynamics, navigate the legal system, or find community resources.

Provide strengths-based, adoption-competent, trauma-informed therapy services to children and caregivers.

Provides bi-monthly personal home visits, during which parent educators share age-appropriate child development and parenting information, helps parents learn to observe their child, and address parenting concerns for social, emotional, intellectual, and language growth and development of their child.

Helps families transition care of children to relatives or family friends. Provides information and advocacy to for caregivers of children and can also provide support in navigating the legal rights of kinship care.

Family advocates meet with kinship caregivers for support and resource navigation. Case management services include intake and assessment, application assistance (Guardianship, Medicaid, Financial-Specified Relative Grant), family mediation for visitation and reunification agreements, resource referrals, and diapers, clothing, and more as available. Virtual options support clients statewide. Counties listed have an office.
