Low Income/Subsidized Rental Housing
Description:

Affordable and low income housing units for individuals, families, and seniors. Units are available in Salt Lake, Weber, and Davis counties. Wait list varies from property to property.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet both income and screening criteria, as well as the Federal Student Rule where applicable. Screening criteria includes, but is not limited to: criminal and credit history and prior landlord screening. Head of household must be at least 18 years of age. Some units may have additional eligibility requirements based on ability status, and age. See application for details.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or visit website for availability and wait times and for applications.
Fees:
No application fee. Rent on most assistance programs is approximately 30% of income.
