Hospice care house for individuals experiencing homelessness. Provides a safe and comfortable place for up to 50 residents, where homeless men and women can experience the end of life with dignity and receive professional hospice services in the company of people who care. Also serves as a court ordered community service sites.

Opportunities include sorting donations, housekeeping, maintenance, meal preparation, painting, gardening, and moving furniture.

Hospice Care
Description:

Residents receive professional home health care and hospice care, as they would if they were not homeless. Medical care is provided by licensed home health and hospice agencies.

Eligibility:
Residents must be 18 or older, referred by a health care professional, and have a diagnosis of terminal illness or a serious medical condition that would typically qualify for home health care.
