Community clinic serves men and women throughout the Wasatch Front. Patients receive integrated primary care from providers who have a specialty in mental health and substance abuse, including medication assisted treatments. Services also include education/prevention and medication information/management.

Provides fentanyl test strips, naloxone and Narcan, abscess and wound care kits, and syringe exchange to adults. Also offers Hep C Treatment and STD testing & contraception.

Provides adults in depth substance abuse as well as mental health assessment, treatment addressing lifestyle, behaviors, beliefs, family history, and drug use. Assessment includes SASSI screening and formal recommendations for care. Satisfies requirements for schools, employers, and courts.

Evidence based, risk reduction drug and alcohol education program for adults. Provides general information on biological risk factors of substance use, what are impairment, psychological and social influences surrounding substance use, and prescription drug risks. Satisfies court requirements.

Participants attend 4, 4-hour classes within 30 days to complete course. Multiple schedules available.
