Utah County Family Justice Center

Provides a one-stop clinic of resources, including general legal counseling, immigration services, and family and elder law services. Operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Does not take appointments.

Description:

Provides a one-stop clinic (no appointment necessary) comprising multiple resources. Legal resources include advice on divorce, custody, Tenant Law, or family law-related issues for low and middle-income ranges, and elderly legal help. Law enforcement victim advocates, community advocates, and housing services are available weekly. Representatives from DCFS, DWS, and Wasatch Mental Health are available on the 1st Tu of every month. Community Action and assistance with medical insurance are available on the 2nd Tu of every month.

Eligibility:
Families and individuals who fall below 200% of the federal poverty level. Clients may be eligible if their case is related to a criminal victimization regardless of income.

1st Tu 5 - 8 pm
Intake Procedure:
Walk in on a first come first serve basis. No appointment necessary. An intake application will be filled out upon arrival.
