Promotes the achievement and maintenance of optimal health for all people in Tooele County. Services offered include prenatal care, WIC (Women, Infant, and Children's Nutrition Program), and immunizations.

Immunizations
Description:

Provides vaccinations to children and adults in Tooele County.

Eligibility:
Tooele County residents.
Service Hours:
Second Friday of every month 11 am - 2 pm
Intake Procedure:
Walk in clinic, available on a first come, first serve basis.
Fees:
Most health insurance plans are accepted. If client is uninsured it is $15 per vaccine or whatever the client can pay.

Prenatal Care
Description:

Provides prenatal care through the Baby Your Baby program. Care covered includes outpatient pregnancy-related services such as doctor's appointments and prescriptions. The program does not cover labor and delivery.

Eligibility:
Pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Must meet income qualifications.

M, Tu 8 am - 6 pm; W, Th 8 am - 2:30 pm

WIC
Description:

The WIC (Women Infants and Children) program serves to safeguard the health of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating including breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to health care.

Eligibility:
Pregnant or breastfeeding woman, woman who has just had a baby, or child less than five years of age who meet income requirements.

M, Tu 8 am - 6 pm ; W, Th 8 am - 2:30 pm
