Child Care Nutrition Program
Description:
Disburses funds to childcare providers so that children in their care may receive healthy meals.
Eligibility:
Child care providers with a valid Utah Family Child Care License or Residential Certificate, or approval as an Alternate Care Provider or Relative Care Provider.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5:30 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule a home training. Licenced through the state or relative care.
