Ute Indian Tribe

Provides essential services to members of the Ute Indian Tribe, including food assistance, home-based parenting education, and substance use prevention and education.

Description:

Provides nutritious, healthy food packages and nutrition education for low-income native Americans, especially the elderly/disabled residing on or near reservations. Delivery is available on a limited scale to those who are unable to travel. No food services are provided on the last two days of the month.

Eligibility:
No household member can be receiving or pending Food Stamps (SNAP). The Head of Household must be an enrolled member of any federally recognized Tribe (proof of enrollment required). Non-member heads of household may qualify if they live on the reservation.

M - F 8 - 11:30 am & 1 - 3:30 pm
