Weber-Morgan Children's Justice Center

Provides coordinated services for children and their families during the investigative process of child abuse complaints including emergency response, specialized medical evaluations, and specialized information and referral. Also has a toy/game donation program. The center and process is designed to make children feel comfortable and safe and to minimize trauma to the child.

Specialized Information and Referral
Description:

Provides abused children and their families with referrals for support services, such as therapy, medical care, and victim resources.

Child Abuse Reporting/Emergency Response
Description:

Provides coordinated services for children and their families during the investigative process of child abuse complaints.

Eligibility:
Children 17 and younger who are victims of sexual or physical abuse, domestic violence, drug endangerment, and internet exploitation or who may have been a witness to a violent crime.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Must be referred by law enforcement or the Division of Child and Family Services. Call for information.

Toy/Game Donation Programs
Description:

Accepts new or like-new items such as children's stuffed toys, paper goods, new blankets, new children's underwear, individually wrapped snacks, soda, bottled water, and gift cards.

Child Abuse Medical Evaluations
Description:

Provides on-site specialized medical exams by appointment only for children and their families during the investigative process to determine possible abuse.

Eligibility:
