Own in Ogden Program provides up to $10,000, zero percent interest, deferred payment loans to assist low to moderate income home buyers to purchase home within Ogden City limits. The purchase price limit is $428000.

Offer support in investigating and resolving housing discrimination complaints based on the Utah and Federal Fair Housing Acts to protect the rights of all persons to select housing without discrimination based on race, sex, familial status, or source of income.

The Home Sweet Home Program offers new and recently remodeled homes, at lower than current real estate prices for individuals and families, for sale to owner-occupant buyers in special target areas.

EHRP gives loans to homeowners to make repairs to their homes that would correct an unexpected emergency situation threatening the structure and/or the life and health of the household. A maximum of $5,000 is available for each loan.

Provides fire prevention, open burn/fireworks restrictions, and other fire-related information for urban and wildland interface areas of the city.

Offers a variety of youth and adult recreation programs, classes, and events including baseball, softball, basketball, football, and more.

Provides weekly automated curb-side garbage and recycling pick up for residents of Ogden City. Also operates a green waste drop-off site.
