Mortgage Payment Assistance
Description:

Provides Mortgage assistance for families struggling to keep their housing. Application reviews take about four weeks.

Eligibility:
Families are eligible for services if they meet income guidelines (200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines), are US citizens, and have primary custody of a dependent child 18 years of age (in high school) or younger. Must be experiencing housing instability. Must have a foreclosure notice.

M - Th 9 am - 4 pm; F By appointment only

Eligibility:
Families are eligible for services if they meet income guidelines (200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines), are US citizens, and have primary custody of a dependent child 18 years of age (in high school) or younger. Must be experiencing housing instability and be able to provide either a three-day pay or vacate notice, an eviction notice, or proof of homelessness.

Description:

Helps with rental deposit assistance for families in need.
