National foundation dedicated to ending veteran homelessness. Services include homelessness prevention programs, rapid re-housing, mortgage payment assistance, homeless motel vouchers, and utility deposits or utility arrears assistance.

Mortgage Payment Assistance
Description:

Provides mortgage arrears assistance for veterans who are at risk of becoming homeless.

Eligibility:
U.S. military veteran with an honorable discharge or discharges under conditions other than dishonorable. Veteran must have completed a minimum of 180 days of service and demonstrate proof of homelessness or proof of being at risk of becoming homeless.

Rapid Re-Housing Programs
Description:

Provides assistance for veterans who are homeless to get into stable housing including 1st month's rent, security deposit, broker fees, and application fees.

Eligibility:
U.S. military veteran with an honorable discharge or discharges under conditions other than dishonorable. Veteran must have completed a minimum of 180 days of service and demonstrate proof of homelessness or proof of being at risk of becoming homeless.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 5 pm

Homeless Motel Vouchers
Description:

Provides temporary hotel accommodations for veterans who are homeless.

Description:

Helps veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless pay utility deposits or arrears.
