Eligibility:
Client must have abused opioid substance for at least 12 months to be admitted to program. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Service Hours:
M - F 5 am - 11 am; Sa 6:30 - 8:30 am

Fees:
Varies by service, accepts Medicaid and most private insurance. Accepts self-pay clients on a sliding fee scale, starting at 200% of the federal poverty line or lower.
