Cache Employment and Training Center

Provide services for individuals with disabilities in order to maximize their vocational and independent living skills. Services include youth enrichment programs, comprehensive disability related employment programs, supported living services for adults, adult in home respite care, and disability related transportation.

Youth Enrichment Programs
Description:

Provides community and recreational activities for youth and children while caring for disability needs.

Eligibility:
Persons with a documented disability (physical or intellectual).
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm

Fees:
Vary, sliding scale available

Comprehensive Disability Related Employment Programs
Description:

Helps obtain and maintain employment in integrated work settings on a full or part time basis. Participants are supported in positions that are consistent with their strengths, resources, capabilities, and interests.
Works with Vocational Rehabilitation.

Eligibility:
Persons with a documented disability (physical or intellectual). For vocational training, persons have to be 16 years old or older.

M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm

Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities
Description:

Provides assistance and training for participants who live with their families, in their own home, or in an apartment. Training activities can include meal preparation, routine household care, and other activities of daily living.
Provided in a center based setting and in the community.

Persons with a documented disability (physical or intellectual) Not restricted to senior citizens.

Adult In Home Respite Care
Description:

Provides temporary relief for from the daily routine of caring for a family member with a disability.

Eligibility:
Caregivers and families of persons with disabilities.

Disability Related Transportation
Description:

Provides transportation for program participants to and from their work, recreational activities, and supported living related activities.
