Castle Country Fuller Center for Housing

Partners with local low-income families, senior citizens, veterans, and people with disabilities to help them build or renovate and then buy their own homes within Carbon and Emery counties. Habitat homes are simple, decent, safe, and affordable. Also offers homeowners assistance with minor exterior home repairs.

Home Rehabilitation Services
Description:

Rehabs make existing homes healthier and more energy efficient.

Eligibility:
Must be a homeowner residing in Carbon or Emery county with income less than 80% of median.
Service Hours:
M - Th 9 am - 3 pm
Intake Procedure:
Walk in, call, email, visit online or by referral.
Fees:
Vary by service and amount of work performed. There is a $5,000 limit for services (unless approved otherwise by the board) Interest will never be applied to payment.

Home Maintenance and Minor Repair Services
Description:

A home repair program for qualifying individuals featuring affordable monthly payments at zero percent interest.

Eligibility:
Must be a resident of Carbon or Emery county with income less than 80% of median.
