The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Welfare Square Transitional Services Office

Provides food, clothing, information and other necessities to meet immediate needs to those who are transient or homeless. Clients who receive Church welfare assistance are encouraged to fulfill volunteer work assignments.

General Clothing Provision
Description:

Provides emergency clothing assistance is provided to those who are unsheltered or exiting correctional facilities.

Eligibility:
Unsheltered individuals and those coming out of correctional facilities. Does not provide services to refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants, or those planning to travel out of the state.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 3 pm
Intake Procedure:
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing. Individuals must receive an order for clothing assistance by visiting the Transitional Services Office located around the back of the Northeast corner of the Deseret Industries building on site.

Provides emergency/crisis food, as well as information and referrals to other food pantries to meet immediate needs to those who are unsheltered or exiting correctional facilities.
