CVTD Call-A-Ride
Description:
Paratransit service, for persons with disabilities who have been certified as functionally unable to use fixed route buses. Provides origin to destination service and is provided on an advanced reservation basis.
Eligibility:
Persons with physical disabilities or cognitive disabilities. Must be functionally able, without the help of anyone else,
to get to and from the bus, get on and off an accessible bus, and understand which bus to get on and when to get off the bus.

Service Hours:
M - F 6 am - 8:45 pm; Sa 10:45 am - 6:45 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call main phone number or visit website for the application form. Once certified, call to schedule 1 day in advance.
