M - Th 8 am - 5 pm; F 8 am - 12 noon

Call or visit website to make an appointment or walk in.
Fees:
No cost for Medicaid recipients. Otherwise, begins at $35 for children and $50 for adults. Includes vision screening, eye exam, and glasses.
