A homeless shelter for families only with children under 18. Also, provides case management services and specialized information and referral to the community.

Description:

Local congregations provide overnight stays, meals, mentoring, compassion, and caring in their local churches to Family Promise families. Hosting rotates weekly among the congregations.

Eligibility:
Homeless families with at least one child under 18 or pregnant only. Adults will receive background check and the drug test.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 4 pm

Description:

Provides intensive case management and support for families experiencing homelessness.

Eligibility:

Description:

Connects clients with organizations and agencies that help meet the client's basic needs, including rent payment assistance, food assistance, utility payment assistance, etc.
