A community clinic that provides health and wellness promotion, blood tests, diabetes care and education, medical education, orthopedic care, dermatology, nephrology, ear, nose, and throat, minor surgery, gynecology, and neurology.
Eligibility:
Individuals and families at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines,
Cannot be eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, homeless services, or commercial health insurance.

Service Hours:
Tu - W 8 am - 12 noon (primary care) & 12 noon - 5 pm (specialty care). Friday by appt. only
Intake Procedure:
Call on Tuesday or Wednesday morning to schedule an appointment.
