Must be in/under the 130% poverty limit Requires proof of income and family size. Qualified individuals can access services every 2 weeks and re-certify based on income every year.
Service Hours:
M, Tu, Th, F 10 am - 2 pm; Tu, Th 2 - 4 pm, W 11 am - 1 pm & 3 - 6 pm; 2nd Sa 9 am - 12 Noon
