Safe Havens for Abandoned Newborns
Description:

Designated as Safe Haven for newborns to be dropped off safely. Utah law allows birth parents to anonymously give up custody of their newborn child without facing any legal consequences. DCFS then places the child for an immediate adoption.

Newborn can be dropped of at the hospital by a parent or a person acting with a parent's permission.
