LDS Transitional Services - Cedar City

Provides immediate, temporary relief through food and clothing vouchers and will encourage and empower individuals towards self-reliance by ensuring they are connecting with appropriate community resources.

Food Vouchers
Description:

Provides food and clothing assistance for those who are transient or homeless.

Eligibility:
Serves those who are exiting incarceration, at risk of being homeless, or are homeless or transient.
Service Hours:
M - Th 9 am - 3 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment. LDS Bishop's referral not required. One-day assistance with food vouchers provided; further help is referred to Care and Share. (With flexibility depending on individual situations). LDS members are given help through the referral of their former Bishop.
