Mountain Mediation Center

Provides mediation and restorative justice services to the residents of Summit and Wasatch Counties. By using mediation, they help facilitate dialogue and helps resolve conflicts involving contracts, divorces/family issues, elder issues, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Mediation
Description:

Facilitates dialogue and helps resolve conflicts involving divorces/family issues, workplace disputes, and neighborhood disputes. Also offers court ordered mediation for cases filed in Summit and Wasatch counties. Voluntary process between both parties.

Divorce Assistance
Description:

Provides mediation on separation agreements, divorce and divorce order modifications, custody and co-parenting issues, cohabitation agreements.

Landlord/Tenant Dispute Resolution
Description:

Provides mediation to establish workable payment plans for both landlord and tenant to avoid an eviction, address deposits, maintenance and other issues.
