Park City Senior Center

Provides a safe, friendly atmosphere where seniors meet together and enjoy activities of mutual interest. The center provides delicious and nutritious in-center or home-delivered meals while enriching the lives of the diverse aging population. Transportation is provided pending volunteer driver availability.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Description:

Provides transportation to and from medical appointments for seniors depending on driver availability.

Eligibility:
Summit County residents 60 and over.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule a ride at least one week in advance.
Fees:
No cost

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Provides fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals to seniors twice a week.

Eligibility:
Summit County residents aged 60 and up.
Service Hours:
M - Th 9 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or email before 5 pm the day before the scheduled lunch to make a reservation.
Fees:
Suggested donation of $4
