Description:

Provides a trauma-informed, therapeutic boxing program for adolescents and adults. The program utilizes the fundamentals of boxing as a metaphor for battling life’s challenges and focuses on trauma, movement, self esteem and somatic awareness.

Description:

Provides a once a month class to support parents in their parenting journey.

Last Wed of Month; 12 PM - 1:30 PM or 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM.

Enrollment in other services is not necessary. 6 month program. One class a month. One or both parents. $200 for couple to come for all 6 months. Grant available case by case.
