Offers a variety of services, including education/prevention, medication and non-medication treatments, designed to provide comprehensive and integrated, therapeutic treatment to patients with substance use disorders. Primarily treats patients suffering from opioid use disorders.

Description:

Urinalysis Lab - open to the public for drug screening, varies by type of test.

Eligibility:
18 years of age or older, history of substance abuse that is compulsive and dysfunctional, exhibit a motivation to change and function in a community based setting.
Service Hours:
Office Hours: M - F 6 am - 2 pm; Medication Hours: M - Fri 6 - 9:30 am; Sa & Su 7 - 8:30 am; Holidays: 7 - 8:30 am Urinalysis Lab: M - F 6 am - 2 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for an initial screening. Walk-ins are welcome but wait times may be longer without a scheduled appointment.
Fees:
Fees are set on a sliding scale and funding assistance may be available. A "Self Pay" option is also available. Project Reality accepts Medicaid and other private insurance. Please call for more information.

Prevention services include school and specialized ethnic community based sites. Parenting classes address family management, discipline, talking to kids about drugs, sex and violence, and sharing emotions. Dinner and child care are provided.

M - F 6:30 am - 12 noon; Sa, Su 7 - 8:45 am
