Salt Lake Microshelter Community (Switchpoint)

Provides a non congregate homeless shelter community for unsheltered adults in downtown Salt Lake City. Clients stay in individual pods. Each pod features heat, air conditioning, power outlets, a shared bathroom with a shower, and some meals served on site.

Description:

Provides a micro shelter community for unsheltered adults in downtown Salt Lake City. Clients may stay up to 120 days, with possible extension increments of 30 days, depending on the case management review. Couples are permitted, but they have to stay in separate units.

Eligibility:
No substance use, weapons, or alcohol allowed on site. A referral is required from the coordinate entry line. Call for specific eligibility criteria.
