Seekhaven Family Crisis and Resource Center

Provides shelter to families in crisis and victims of violence. Also provides a domestic violence hotline, protective/restraining orders, crime victim support, volunteer opportunities and operates as a court ordered community service site.

Domestic Violence Hotlines
Description:

Provides a 24-hour domestic violence hotline for individuals who have experienced domestic abuse which include steps to ensure the person's safety; short-term emotional support; assistance with shelter; legal information and advocacy and other related services.

Eligibility:
Victims of Domestic Violence and sexual assault.
Service Hours:
24/7

Domestic Violence Shelters
Description:

Provides shelter, food, and used clothing to women and children in the shelter. Men can be housed at a local motel or transported to another shelter.

Eligibility:
Victims of Domestic Violence and sexual assault. Homeless because of Domestic violence or violent crime.

Apply by phone or in person at the Resource Center. Shelter is in an undisclosed location.

Court Ordered Community Service Sites
Description:

Accepts volunteers for court ordered community service.

Eligibility:
Court appointed volunteers accepted as long they don't have violent crimes history.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Crime Victim Support
Description:

A domestic violence case manager assists clients with Protective Orders and accompanies them to court.

Eligibility:
Victims of Domestic Violence and sexual assault. Homeless because of Domestic Violence or violent crime.

Protective/Restraining Orders
Description:

Outreach coordinator will arrange assistance for protective order and will go with client to Court.

Eligibility:
Victims of Domestic Violence and/or sexual assault.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm
