The Breast Care Helpline offers information about breast health and cancer, emotional support, and clinical trials. It offers program referrals and information about national and local organizations that may provide financial assistance and other support services, including low-cost mammograms.

Description:

Provides financial assistance to eligible individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment at any stage of the disease. Individuals with early stage breast cancer and metastatic (stages 0 - 4) could receive $500.

Eligibility:
Applicants must currently be in treatment for breast cancer that was diagnosed in the past 24 months or living with metastatic breast cancer. Must have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Must not have received an award from this program in the past 12 months and must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory. Cancer stage must be stated on the applicant's medical provider letter.
