Suzy's Senior Companionship Services

Provides seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans with one on one companionship to promote independent living. Services provided include a friendly outreach program, errand running/shopping assistance, disability related transportation, and homemaker assistance.

Friendly Outreach Programs
Description:

Provides companionship to isolated seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans. Activities may include walks, conversation, games, and outings.

Eligibility:
Seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:

Fees:
$35 per hour, $100 initial deposit to start services.

Errand Running/Shopping Assistance
Description:

Assists seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans with activities like grocery shopping and errand running.

Eligibility:
Seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Fees:
$35 per hour, $100 initial deposit to start services.

Disability Related Transportation
Description:

Provides seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans with transportation to doctor appointments, senior centers, errands, social engagements, etc.

Eligibility:
Seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or complete the contact form on the website. Requires at least 2 business days to schedule a ride, recommends scheduling wheelchair vans 3-4 business days in advance.
Fees:
$35 per one way for regular passenger car. $55 per one way for wheelchair van. Additional charges for one way trips over one hour.

Description:

Assists with activities like house cleaning, organizing, and meal preparation.
