Timpanogos Legal Center

Provides legal assistance to self-represented clients. Services clients virtually throughout the state and holds in-person clinics in specific communities. Provides help with filling out forms and domestic violence legal services as well.

Description:

Offers a document clinic for prescreened clients. Volunteer and staff attorneys help the client draft legal documents relating to family law and other domestic issues. Document clinic is available remotely via email, phone, and Zoom.

Eligibility:
Must have income within 200% of the federal poverty level or must have experienced abuse or domestic violence related to the case.

Appointments last approximately 30 minutes. Attorneys are knowledgeable in family law, with some expertise in housing law and guardianships.

Victims of crime and domestic violence; Low-income persons with a legal issue in Utah.
