Empowers individuals with disabilities to express themselves through art, dance, music, and other arts. Skill building, participating fully and safely in community events and activities, and exploring the world are all part of the experience, designed to provide meaningful community integration opportunities, build self-esteem, and encourage creativity and self-expression.
Individualized support for people to live in apartments and group homes ranging in size from one to eight residents. These programs focus on developing essential life skills, including cooking, grooming, personal finances, shopping, home maintenance, and community involvement through sports and recreation, transportation training, cultural events, and continuing education. People in these programs live in their own apartments or homes and need minimum support with their independent living skills and social skills to continue living successfully in the community. Funding dependent.
Group homes provide evening, morning, and overnight staff for those requiring intensive medical or other specialized support. Group homes are located in Box Elder, Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Iron and Washington Counties. Supervised living in apartments or small homes can provide up to 24-hour supervision and support. Supported Community Living provides hourly support in client's own home. Offered in Provo, St George, Cedar City. Richfield does not have group homes but they do offer supported living.
