Adult Day Programs
Description:

Provides activities for adults with disabilities including art, music, skill building, and participating safely in community events. Program goals are to provide meaningful community integration opportunities, build self-esteem, and encourage creativity and self-expression.

Semi-Independent Living Residences for Adults With Disabilities
Description:

Supports people with disabilities through communal living options. Levels of support provided may include daily living skills instruction, self-care/hygiene, health care management, community participation, socialization skills, leisure activities, etc. Funding dependent.
