Offers mediation services for a variety of matters including divorce and relationships, landlord/tenant disputes, and others. Mediation is an alternative method to resolve disputes without going to court. In the mediation process, parties communicate their individual concerns, develop options, and reach mutually satisfactory solutions.

Description:

Provides mediation for disputes between landlords and tenants regarding security deposits, rent, repairs, damages, and evictions. Agency does not provide legal counsel, legal advice or legal services. Services are available in-person and virtually.

Fees:
$35 administrative fee to book an appointment. Sliding scale fees based on income and household size. No cost for households under 150% of the federal poverty line.
