Veteran Home Loans
Description:

Provides grants to members of the military or veterans whom are first-time Utah homebuyer.

Eligibility:
Individuals currently serving in the military and veterans discharged from service within the past 5 years. First time buyers who have not owned a home in Utah in the past 7 years or veteran moving to Utah from out of state.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5:30 pm
Intake Procedure:
Obtain a veteran grant status eligibility form from Utah Department of Veterans & Military Affairs, then reach out to lenders.
