Provides nutrition education to low-income individuals and families eligible for SNAP benefits. This is done through classes taught by trained CBH Ambassadors. Create Better Health classes aim to increase each participant’s knowledge of nutrition, cooking, food safety, budgeting, and physical activity, as well as helping Utahns find access to safe and nutritious food.

Provides Master Gardener Class, plant diagnostic clinics, soil care, and different classes and workshops throughout the community. Yard and Garden website offers resources on fruits, vegetables, trees, and flowers for new and experienced gardeners.
