CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) model is a program for family members and friends who are concerned about a loved one struggling with a substance use disorder. Groups are facilitated by people with a lived experience of having a family member or friend who has struggled with a substance use disorder.

Provides employment search services including resume assistance, application assistance, mock Interviews.
Housing Navigators help find resources for transitional or permanent housing, assistance with applications, identify strength, barriers to stable housing, create self- sufficiency plan, research tenant rights with lease agreements and background friendly housing lists.
