Description:
Provides curb-to-curb transportation to seniors to limited cities in Utah County. Vans are equipped to transport passengers with wheelchairs, powerchairs, and walkers.
Eligibility:
Seniors 65 and older.
Service Hours:
Office: M - F 8:30 am - 3:30 pm; Rides in Provo/Orem: M, W, F 9 am - 2 pm; Springville/Spanish Fork/Mapleton/Salem Tu 9 am - 2 pm; Pleasant Grove/American Fork/Lindon; Th 9 am - 2 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to request an application to be mailed or fill out over phone. Call the day prior by 3:30 pm at the latest.
Fees:
$2 trip/ride suggested donation.
