Gives under-represented community members assistance and tools to gain access to higher education and provides English as a second language classes, computer/technology classes, community based preschools, and a family literacy program.

English as a Second Language
Description:

Provides an 11-week English as a Second Language (ESL) course for people whose English is not their first language. Students take a placement test to determine which course they should enroll in.

Description:
